the last download link file had start up error due to google drive not allowing ".PAK" files to be uploaded. ".PAK" files which are needed once downloaded to run the game properly for unreal engine games. A simple method has been reached, via game installer/setup .exe. This allowed me to up load the game to google drive so the public can download and have all the game proper files.

so just 

1.click the link 

2.download the zip

3.extract "departed" folder

4.RUN the setup file

5.install game

6.enjoy and play
